Starting as a model alongside now-named Ashton Kutcher,
Jeremy left Iowa to get a little closer to the West
Coast and obtain a degree in Animation. He still
works as a freelance model and graphic designer, but his
passion remains in front of the camera. Just
starting professionally in 2007, he obtained around 10
roles in his first year, and 2008 looks to be an even
busier year with larger roles. He’s currently
collaborating with writer George Gallo (Bad Boys/The
Whole Ten Yards/Midnight Run) on an unknown project
slated for production in 2009. He hopes to be a
versatile actor, following in the footsteps of the late
Heath Ledger. He started acting at age 6,
performing for his family and creating stop-motion
movies with his toys and his dad’s video camera when his
dad wasn’t home. He received further encouragement
from his high-school director when he became the first
freshman to be allowed to play a starring role in the
school’s production. He moved on to take 1st in
state performing competitions, and received offers to
sign with Ford Chicago as a model, but as a minor he
needed his parents’ permission. Now that he’s done
with high-school, done with college, and done with Iowa,
he has his sights set on reaching his dreams.
According to Jeremy, “I set very high goals for myself.
Because if you set yourself up to only reach those
‘realistic goals’, then what’s the point of even setting
goals at all? Speaking of, I will be the king of
the film industry by the time I retire.”
